******LATE POLICY****** I value your time and strive to provide the best service. For everyone to have a great experience please be on time. The grace period for being late is 5 minutes. After 5 minutes you will be charged a $10 fee. After 7 minutes your appointment may be cancelled. Please be sure to call/txt if you're running more than 7 minutes late and I will let you know if you can still come in or work with you for a later time to be serviced if available.

*****RESCHEDULES/CANCELLATION***** If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, I would really appreciate it if you could give me at least 24 hours in advance notice for reschedules and cancellations. Reschedules and Cancellations without 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of your service.

NO SHOW will result in you being charged 100% of your service and you will mostly be banned from making another appointment online. If your card declines, you will need to pay the fee before making future appointments.
